• Process payments for parking stays and pass bundles via Stripe.
• Send push notifications about guest approvals, payments, and alerts.
• Analyze vehicle photos for license plate recognition to speed up registration.
• Maintain property security through authorized administrative tools.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe collects and stores payment card details under their own privacy policy.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — Delivery of push notifications to mobile devices.
• OpenAI — Vehicle photo analysis for license plate and vehicle recognition. Photos are sent to OpenAI's API for processing and are not stored by OpenAI beyond the API request.
• SendGrid — Transactional email delivery for guest payment links and notifications.
• Vercel — Application hosting and infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Guest stay records are retained for property management and billing purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your property management office or emailing us at the address below.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure HTTP-only cookies for authentication, and hashed passwords. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
